It is a legal requirement for businesses with five or more employees to have a written health and safety policy which sets out your general policy for health and safety matters, and describes the organisation and arrangements you have in place to carry out that policy.

Your customers may also ask to see your policy so they can be confident that your business takes health and safety seriously.

Safety Synergy will develop a policy to meet your business requirements, and to demonstrate your commitment to good health and safety practice.

The policy will be current, relevant, proportionate and practical to implement. A good health and safety policy should be easy to communicate to staff and customers, and we will ensure it is.

The policy will usually need to be supported by underlying procedures for aspects of health and safety relevant to your business, and we can also provide these for you.
